Technical Support
The GoldSim Technology Group provides free basic support to all users with a current membership to the GoldSim Subscription Program. Advanced Technical Support options are also available.

Subscription Program
The GoldSim Subscription Program provides free technical support, free upgrades, and access to online resources.

Training
GoldSim training workshops can be tailored for both beginning and experienced users. Training options include open sessions, on-site custmized workshops, and web-training.

Consulting
Our consulting efforts tend to focus on providing training, assistance in the early portions of projects to help you get started, and technical review efforts and model debugging.

User Conferences
We typically have a User Conference every 12 to 18 months. The objective of our conferences is to provide a forum for users to share experiences with other users and the GoldSim developers, and to provide input for the future development of GoldSim.

Video Library
The Video Library contains short Macromedia Flash videos describing various GoldSim elements and modeling concepts. We continuously add videos to this library.

Newsletters
We send out a newsletter 3 to 4 times per year to keep you informed of new GoldSim feaures, provide you with tips and tricks, and to showcase how our customers are using GoldSim.

User Forum
GoldSim Technology Group currently provides two different forums to provide a user-to-user community for GoldSim: a GoldSim User Forum, as well as a Group on LinkedIn.

Webinars
We regularly schedule webinars to describe new GoldSim features or discuss how GoldSim can be applied in specific arenas.
