GoldSim Subscription Program
When you purchase GoldSim software, you receive a one-year membership to the GoldSim Subscription Program, entitling you to the following:
- Free software upgrades so that you always have the latest version of the GoldSim software.
- Basic Technical Support via email and phone. Basic support covers installation and registration questions, as well as basic questions about GoldSim's features and building models.
- Access to the GoldSim Resource Center, which offers a broad range of online support resources, including a model library, knowledge base articles, and the latest versions of the user manual.
Annual Subscription Program Fees
After the first year, membership in the GoldSim Subscription Program can be extended with payment of an annual membership fee. The annual membership fee per license is calculated by adding the fee of the base product plus the fee for any add-on modules.

Annual fees for floating licenses are 150% of the fees for standard licenses. Modules are provided at no charge for Academic licenses. The annual fee for modules is discounted 75% for Research licenses.
Membership renewal fees are collected once per year on the anniversary date of your GoldSim Pro purchase. Please note that the annual subscription prices quoted above are only valid if you subscribe each year. If you choose to skip a year and then resubscribe the following year, you would be required to pay for both years in order to have access to the most recent version of GoldSim.
