Heating of Circuit Boards with Air
This model simulates the heating of circuit boards from 20°C to 40°C in four minutes with hot air. The board is devided in 12 compartments with a constant temperature inside the compartment. The air side is devided in 11 inner finite volumes and two finite half-volumes at the edges. The air-temparture development is based on the upstream parabolic interploation.
You will need the attached Excel file to run the simulation because the input parameters will be imported from there to GoldSim. The Excel-file filename is German because this simulation was created originally in German and changing the filename afterwards may cause some trouble.
