Batch File Example
Description
This example file includes two simple batch files. They are both saved in .txt extensions so that you can look at the commands in any text editor.
RunGSExamples.bat
This batch file opens two model files in the General Example folder in Program Files (installed together with the application), run and close them without saving them.
To run this file, delete .txt from the file name, and double click on it.
BatchFileExample.bat
This batch file runs BatchfileExample.gsm, found in the same zip file, three times with different input data and export the results to three separate spreadsheets.
To run this file, open the BatchFileExample.bat.txt using Notepad. Modify the file location in the second command line (underlined below) and save the change.
start /wait goldsim.exe -sv R1.gsm -x "C:\Users\xxxxxx\Desktop\Batch file Example\BatchfileExample.gsm"Delete .txt extension from the file name, and double-click it to run the batch file.
