Demonstration of Different Priority Implementation in an Allocator Element

Description

This example demonstrates two different priority implementations within the Allocator element. These implementations are Static Priorities and Dynamic Priorities. The first example, Static Priorities, demonstrates how an Allocator element with static priorities reacts to a changing input with constant demand from its outputs. The second example, Dynamic Priorities, demonstrates how an Allocator element with dynamic priorities (dynamic priorities are activated by checking the "Allow editing of priorities" box) reacts to a static input with constant demand from its outputs.
