Generating a PMF and Histogram from Time Series Values

Description

A Probability Mass Function (PMF) is essentially a normalized histogram. A PMF maps from values or counts to probabilities. A histogram represents counts per bin where the bins cover a specified interval. A PMF converts these counts per bin to probability for each bin by dividing the bin count by the total count. This example model provides calculations for creating a histogram and a PMF.
