How to make sure you receive the GoldSim Trial Version

An email was just sent to you confirming your evaluation request and providing additional details. If you do not receive this email within minutes, it is likely that this email was placed into your junk or bulk email folder. To prevent this, add the email address software@goldsim.com or the domain goldsim.com to your trusted senders list or into your email address book. (Under MS Outlook 2003, go to Tools->Options, click the Preferences tab, click the Junk Email button, click the Safe Senders tab, and then click the Add button.)

If you provided an acceptable email address (associated with an organization or company), and do not receive this confirmation email, or do not hear from us within two business days with license details, contact us directly at support@goldsim.com. Note that we do not provide trial versions to generic email addresses (e.g., yahoo, hotmail, gmail).

If you requested a web demonstration, we will follow-up with qualified prospects to arrange a time. (Note that we do not provide demonstrations to academic users requesting free academic licenses.)
