Modeling Predator-Prey Population Dynamics

Description

This modeling example implements several predator-prey models taken from "Modeling the Environment" by Andrew Ford. Models 16a-16d come from Chapter 16 and models 18a-18c come from Chapter 18. For descriptions of the individual models, including key assumptions for each, use the hyperlinks in the model (double-click) to navigate into the different containers. The model runs 100 realizations for 40 years with monthly timesteps. Only Model 18c actually includes a stochastic input. For this model, view the probabilities for the deer population. All other models are deterministic.
